When to Bring Technology Into a Luxury Custom Home Build
A practical plan for owners, custom builders and architects coordinating whole-home technology in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Chandler.
Bring the technology integrator into architectural design or preconstruction. Lighting controls, shade pockets, equipment rooms, speakers, cinema dimensions and cabling affect the building itself. Decisions made together at this stage protect the architecture and create a clear installation scope.
