When should we involve Modern Smart Home?+
Ideally during architectural planning or early design development, before electrical, millwork and wall details are finalized. We can also assess projects already underway.
What does an initial plan review cover?+
We discuss the proposed display, client goals, room dimensions, viewing positions, equipment needs and construction interfaces. We then identify the information and scope needed for the next step. The review is not a substitute for stamped structural or electrical design.
Do we need finished drawings to contact you?+
No. Tell us the project stage and the intended experience. Available plans and dimensions help, but they are not required for an initial conversation.
Can you coordinate the wider smart-home scope?+
Yes. Modern's existing Builder Program covers residential technology planning, low-voltage coordination, Control4 integration and handoff. We can discuss how the video wall fits that broader engagement.
