We use information submitted through this website only to respond to your request, evaluate service fit and communicate about your project. The website does not keep a customer-contact database.

Contact forms

Your contact details, project notes and optional referral information are sent directly to Modern Smart Home through our email-delivery provider. Referral details help our team understand how you found us. They are not written to the website’s analytics database.

Privacy-first analytics

We store aggregate daily counts for page views, referral categories, crawler activity, requested 404 paths and successful form submissions. We do not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, complete referrer URLs or visitor identifiers in analytics.

Form protection

We use a short-lived essential form cookie, signed request tokens and rate limits to reduce automated submissions. Daily rotating hashes of network addresses and email addresses are retained briefly for abuse prevention; raw addresses are not stored in those rate-limit records. We also count form outcomes in aggregate, without contact details.

How information is used

To answer inquiries, schedule consultations, protect the form from abuse and improve the clarity and performance of this website. We do not sell personal information.
